People in Sunday

Menschen am Sonntag, by Robert Siodmak, is a film marked by improvisation, made with limited resources and without professional actors, the movie, half documentary, half fiction, has a place in history as a pioneer of poetic realism.

CDC makes the soundtrack of this film recreating the quotidian sounds from a ludic perspective that makes a contrast with the sublime moments that recall the nostalgia for a city (Berlin) that will never be the same.

This soundtrack inaugurated the 14th Week of German Cinema in Mexico, it took part in the Pop Up Tour Dual Year Germany-Mexico, and in the 32nd Guadalajara’s International Film Festival.
